Today, I wrote in my journal about a recurring thought I have - that I wish I had a friend who could help me with my work. When I publish a new article, I often wish someone could provide feedback and suggest improvements.

Similarly, when I am planning a new project, I wish I had a second opinion to make things even better. I wonder if you've ever had similar thoughts - perhaps when studying or even while shopping.

It can be really cool and amazing to have a friend like that, but do we actually have friends who can fulfill this role? I think we do, but we may be hesitant to ask for their help because we fear they might be busy or laugh at us for asking something weird.

I don't ask for help often enough because of these fears, but writing in my journal has reminded me that our friends are there for us and we should never hesitate to ask for their support.

After all, they might be happy to help us out and we could end up with even stronger friendships as a result.

While I don't have a solution to my thoughts, but I think it's helpful to recognize my feelings and remember that having good friends is important. This is a positive step towards finding a solution.
